Why is the returned code not 0? #
Please first check the message and verify that the API Key, template code, and template input parameters are correct. If the task was created but execution failed, please check data.error for further details.
Why do the template parameters differ from the example? #
The Scraping API uses dynamic templates. The fields for different templates are determined by the template’s own form schema; please refer to the input parameter rules in the template details.
What should I do if a synchronous task yields no results? #
For time-consuming scraping tasks, we recommend switching to async mode: save the task_id and query the task details endpoint until the status changes to succeeded or failed.
Why can’t I retrieve the results? #
Please check the result_status. If the status is expired or unavailable, you need to create a new task; if the task status is failed, please troubleshoot based on the error information provided in error.
